To support online community participation in decision making involving geographical decisions, a custom plugin was made which seamlessly connects to the eForm Form Builder. The plugin offers quiz takers a map coming from various sources (OpenStreetMap, images/pdfs) and the possibility to put markers of different types on a map along with their comments. This tremendously helps communities decide e.g. where should be a school, what parts of the community need improvements and similar. Data is available through the reports of the eForm plugin or through the export. The plugin supports georeferencing of images and pdfs to the final data has correct geographical coordinates and report page with a heatmap.
